A recent Inbound Logistics Magazine (Sept 2026) survey delivered some encouraging news. Only 2% of shippers believe the economy is headed downward. Despite what the news states, there is a lot of optimism in the business community and investments are being made in capital equipment.

The survey also reinforced what matters most when choosing a transportation partner: 91% of respondents said reliability is their top priority.
