Why we support the communities we serve.
Last weekend, my wife and I attended our second WineFeast in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh. While we are neither from the Oshkosh area nor currently live there, West Bend Transit strongly believes in supporting the communities we serve.
The event brought together more than 500 people who are deeply committed to their community—and so are we.
Yes, it was a fun evening with great food, excellent wine, and a very well‑run program. But more importantly, WBT believes that being visible at events like this demonstrates that we genuinely care about the areas where we operate. We met so many kind people who were incredibly proud of Oshkosh—it was infectious.
Several attendees mentioned seeing our trucks on the road and told us, “They always look sharp.” That’s a compliment I never get tired of hearing.
The best news of all is that the event raised a significant amount of money to help the Boys & Girls Club continue serving local kids—providing meals, safe places to play, opportunities to learn, and space to simply be kids.

What’s Next?
Earth Day is next Wednesday, April 22, and WBT teammates will be out in the community helping clean up a local park in West Bend. It’s another opportunity to give back and connect with people who genuinely want to make a difference where they live.
Does this sound like a company you’d like to work for or do business with?
